Payment Terms
40% deposit, 60% on shipment. Letter of Credit accepted for orders above 5,000 units.
Incoterms
EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP — your choice. We ship under the terms that work best for your customs and logistics structure.
Packaging
Standard or custom. Food-grade glass, PET, or bulk buckets. Custom packaging available on request.
Certifications Included
ECAS (UAE), FDA (US), HALAL, ISO 18787, FSSC 22000. Additional certifications available on request.
Exclusivity
Available on a documented, performance-based basis only. Not granted upfront. Requires minimum purchase commitments, territory-specific sales targets, quarterly reporting, and a defined review period (typically 12 months).

    Sample Dispatch

    We send samples of the relevant SKUs for your evaluation. Samples are dispatched within 7 days of the discovery call and include a sample documentation card for each product.

    Commercial Agreement

    Week 3

    Pricing, volumes, lead times, and terms confirmed in writing. Both parties sign a Master Supply Agreement covering all future orders.

    Production & QC

    Weeks 4–8

    Your batch is produced, tested, and documented. You receive weekly production updates and a pre-shipment QC summary before goods leave our facility.

    Shipment & Onboarding

    Week 9+

    Product ships with full documentation and account support. Your dedicated account manager onboards your team on reordering, documentation, and customer claims support.
