The Method · Certifications & Quality

Certified to prove what we have always known.

Purity and safety are not negotiable.

We are certified to the highest international standards — not to collect logos, but to prove that what we say about our products is true. Every certificate is a promise kept. Every audit is a standard upheld. Every batch is a record that survives scrutiny.

We do not meet standards. We define them.

The certifications that govern every jar.

Every certification below is active, verified, and available for inspection by qualified buyers, regulators, and institutional partners. We do not display a certificate we have not earned.

Certification 01

What it covers

  • Certificate No.: 23-10-89197/E23-10-091541/NB0014
  • Issued To: Wild Bee Honey Trading Co. L.L.C, P.O. Box 94207, Deira Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Issuing Authority: UAE Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology (MoIAT)
  • Registration Date: 21 October 2023
  • Standard: UAE.S 147:2019 (Honey)
  • Notified Body: PRIME Certification & Inspection
  • Barcodes: 8964001786030 · 8964001786023 · 8964001786016 · 8964001786573

Why it matters to you

ECAS is the UAE federal conformity mark. For distributors, retailers, and hospitality groups in the Emirates, it confirms that every registered product has been assessed by a notified body against the applicable UAE standard. Your import and compliance teams receive a certificate number they can verify directly with MoIAT.

Certification 02

FSSC 22000 (Bureau Veritas PK004436-1)

What it means

The global gold standard for food safety. We do not cut corners.

What it covers

  • HACCP-based food safety management across all operations
  • Prerequisite programs (PRPs) covering hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and personnel
  • Risk assessment and mitigation across every process stage
  • Allergen management and cross-contamination prevention
  • Recall and traceability protocols ready for immediate activation

Why it matters to you

FSSC 22000 is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and accepted by virtually every major global retailer and food service operator. If you are placing our products on shelves or in kitchens in Europe, North America, or the GCC, this certification means your compliance team has nothing to chase.

Certification 03

ISO 9001:2015 (Bureau Veritas PK004356)

What it means

Our systems are built on excellence. Every process is documented. Every jar is traceable. Every decision is recorded.

What it covers

  • End-to-end process documentation from harvest to shipment
  • Full traceability of every batch, from botanical origin to finished jar
  • Documented quality controls at every stage of processing
  • Continuous improvement protocols reviewed at defined intervals
  • Supplier qualification and evaluation systems

Why it matters to you

If you are a distributor, hotel group, or institutional buyer, ISO 9001:2015 means you can answer any regulatory question about any jar we ship. The records exist. The process is documented. The system is audited.

Certification 04

FDA Establishment Registration (13153962396)

What it means

Validated by one of the most respected authorities in the world.

What it covers

  • Facility registration with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration
  • Compliance with Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements
  • Prevention-based food safety controls and verification activities
  • Authorized entry into the United States market
  • Documentation available for U.S. Customs and FDA inspection

Why it matters to you

If your market includes the United States, our FDA registration removes one of the biggest barriers to entry. Your customs broker, your regulatory team, and your retail partners all have the documentation they need.

Certification 05

Halal Certification (ACT HC/ISC-126-P/PAK)

What it means

A mark of profound respect for the traditions and values of our community.

What it covers

  • Full ingredient sourcing compliance with Halal requirements
  • Production facility and process compliance
  • No cross-contamination with non-Halal materials
  • Documentation recognized by Halal certification bodies across the GCC and beyond

Why it matters to you

Halal certification opens our products to over 1.9 billion consumers worldwide — including the entire GCC market, Southeast Asia, and Muslim communities across Europe and North America. For hospitality, gifting, and retail partners in these markets, Halal certification is non-negotiable. It is also a mark of universal respect — every recipient can accept our products with confidence.

What it means

Independently tested by PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Lahore (Government of Pakistan).

  • Batch #786-1, tested 13 January 2026
  • No E. coli detected
  • No Salmonella detected
  • No Staphylococcus aureus detected
  • No coliforms detected

Why it matters to you

Microbiological safety is the first question every food-safety auditor asks. PCSIR is a government laboratory, so your compliance team receives results from an independent public authority, not from us.

What it means

Nutritional composition analysed by SGS Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd.

What it covers

  • SGS Job No. PKL23-09787

What it covers

  • Third-party verification of testing and calibration protocols
  • Independent validation of analytical methods
  • Recognition across UK regulatory frameworks
  • Alignment with international laboratory standards

Why it matters to you

UKAS accreditation ensures that the analytical reports behind every batch have been produced to a standard recognized by UK regulators, buyers, and quality teams. It is a stamp of scientific rigor, not just commercial compliance.

Beyond the certificates. What every shipment includes.

Certifications are the foundation. But a serious B2B buyer asks more questions. Here is what we provide beyond the certificate wall.

DocumentWhat It Provides
COA (Certificate of Analysis)Third-party lab report with every batch, covering water activity, enzyme activity, microbiological safety, and heavy metals where applicable
Batch Traceability RecordFull harvest origin, processing dates, and lab reference numbers for every jar
Product PassportOne-page data sheet per SKU with format, MOQ, lead time, and approved claims
Material Safety DataAllergen disclosure, ingredient declaration, and cross-contamination documentation

Incoterms FlexibilityEXW, FOB, CIF, or DDP — we ship under the terms that suit your customs structure

Certificates open the door. Documentation keeps it open.

Audited. Verified. Ready for inspection.

We have been audited by recognized third-party bodies across multiple regulatory frameworks. Our facility, our process, and our documentation have been independently verified.

We have successfully passed audits for:

  • ISO 9001 Quality Management — system and process audit
  • FSSC 22000 Food Safety — HACCP-based food safety audit
  • FDA Facility Registration — U.S. market compliance audit
  • UKAS Analytical Verification — laboratory and analytical verification
  • Halal Certification — ingredient and process compliance audit

We do not ask buyers to take our word for it. We hand them the audits.

The quality principles behind every certificate.

Certificates are the outcome. Here is the discipline that produces them.

Documentation is not optional

Every batch is logged, every process is recorded, every claim has a supporting document. If we cannot document it, we do not claim it.

Verification is external

We rely on third-party labs, independent auditors, and recognized certification bodies. We do not self-certify.

Traceability is complete

Every jar we ship can be traced back to the botanical's origin, the processing date, and the analytical report behind it.

Certificate logos on a wall mean nothing. Documentation behind the products means everything.

Available under commercial confidentiality and NDA.

We maintain full documentation for every batch we have ever produced. The following are available to qualified buyers, regulators, and institutional partners on written request:

  • Full certification documentation — PDF copies of all active certificates
  • Complete batch-level lab summaries — Aw, enzyme activity, microbiological, and analytical results for any specific batch
  • Process Documentation — Complete batch documentation for any shipment
  • Facility Audit Reports — Summary reports from our most recent third-party audits
