Our Manufacturing Partnership

Wild Bee Honey Trading Co. L.L.C develops the recipes, sources the botanicals and sets the quality specifications for every Wild Bee Honey product. Production is carried out by our manufacturing partner at a licensed food facility.

Here is who is responsible for what:

• Wild Bee Honey — Recipe development, botanical sourcing, specifications, final batch release
• Manufacturing partner — Preparation, filling, sealing, in-process controls
• Independent laboratories — Analytical testing against our specifications

No batch is released until it has passed these checks:

• Incoming materials — Honey and botanicals checked for identity and quality on arrival
• In-process controls — Monitoring at each critical control point during production
• Water activity — Water activity calibrated to botanic-specific stability windows. Thresholds verified per batch.
• Microbiology — Testing for relevant pathogens and spoilage organisms
• Contaminants — Periodic testing for residues and heavy metals by independent laboratories
• Traceability — Every jar carries a batch number linked to its production and test records
