Support · Frequently Asked Questions

Details worth knowing.

Clear answers, considered details.

Every B2B buyer deserves a straight answer. Below are the questions we are asked most often by distributors, hotel groups, gifting houses, airlines, defense procurement officers, and regulators. If your question is not here, contact our team — we will answer it.

A closer look at the collection and how we work.

Section 01

About our products.

Q1What makes Wild Bee Honey different from other honey brands?

We are not a honey brand. We are a whole-botanical preservation platform. Our products preserve whole botanicals — mushrooms, herbs, roots, fruits, vegetables — inside a raw honey medium, through patent-pending Cyclical Thermal-Osmotic Mass Transfer. The botanical remains recognizable in the jar and on the plate. Every product is free of synthetic preservatives, chemical colorants, and artificial additives. And our process does what honey alone cannot — it transforms bitterness into depth, astringency into sweetness, and acridity into something beautiful on the palate. Honey is our medium; preservation is our product.

Q2What botanicals do you work with?

We work across four collections. Mushrooms: Morel, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Shiitake, King Oyster, Button. Herbs: Saffron, Moringa, Ginseng, Musli. Fruits: Fig, Olive, Mulberry, Java Plum, Watermelon. Vegetables: Ginger, Garlic. New botanicals are added as each completes its preservation cycle.

Q3Are your products shelf-stable without refrigeration?

Yes. Every product is formulated to a water activity level that inhibits microbial growth. This means our products remain stable at ambient temperature without refrigeration. Water activity is verified per batch and documented in each Certificate of Analysis.

Q4What is the shelf life?

Shelf life is established per batch and documented on the Certificate of Analysis. Full stability documentation is available to qualified buyers under commercial confidentiality.

Q5Do your products contain synthetic preservatives or additives?

No. Our products contain zero synthetic preservatives, zero chemical colorants, and zero artificial additives. Preservation is achieved through the honey medium and our process — not through chemicals.

Q6Are your products Halal?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in a Halal-certified facility, certified under the PS 3733-2022(R) OIC/SMIIC 1:2019 standard. The certification is recognized across the GCC, including by MoIAT (UAE), SFDA (Saudi Arabia), and MOPH (Qatar).

Q7Are your products suitable for vegetarians, vegans, or specific dietary requirements?

Our products are botanical-based and preserved in honey. They are suitable for vegetarians. They are not suitable for strict vegans, as honey is an animal product. Full allergen and dietary documentation is available on every product page and in the Certificate of Analysis.

Q8Do your products contain allergens?

Every shipment includes full allergen disclosure and ingredient declaration. Cross-contamination protocols are documented. If you have specific allergen requirements, contact our compliance team before ordering.

Q9What is the water activity of your products?

Each botanical is calibrated to a botanic-specific water activity window that supports long-term stability. Specific values are verified per batch and documented in each Certificate of Analysis. Full water activity reports are available to qualified buyers under commercial confidentiality.

Q10Are the botanicals preserved whole, or processed?

Preserved whole. The botanical remains structurally recognizable in the jar and on the plate. We do not pulverize, puree, or extract the botanicals. This is a whole-botanical preservation platform.

Section 02

About our process.

Q11How do you preserve the botanicals?

Through patent-pending Cyclical Thermal-Osmotic Mass Transfer — our botanical-specific precision preservation method. Each botanical is cycled between heating and cooling phases across multiple repetitions, until it reaches its preservation endpoint.

Q12Do you use heat in the process?

Our process is a cyclical system with two temperature dimensions — a heating phase and a cooling phase — calibrated to each botanical's tissue density and thermal sensitivity. It is not a boiled, pasteurized, or cold-processed method.

Q13How long does the preservation process take?

Between 120 and 540 days, depending on the botanical. Morel requires 240 days. Ginseng requires 540 days. Moringa LUSH requires 450 days. Each botanical is given the time it needs to reach its preservation endpoint.

Q14Can you share the full process documentation?

Full thermal profiles and process documentation are available to qualified buyers, regulators, and institutional partners under commercial confidentiality.

Q15How is your process protected?

Our preservation method is protected under a patent application filed in September 2026. Grant status and full documentation are available under commercial confidentiality.

Q16What is the difference between your method and conventional honey processing?

Conventional methods typically boil, filter, and bottle honey quickly. Our method preserves whole botanicals inside a honey medium over months, through a patent-pending cyclical thermal system calibrated to each botanical. This is a fundamentally different process.
